Yoga, Hormones & the Intelligence of the Body
with Sheila Arnell
A weekend immersion where traditional yoga meets modern science and embodied experience.
This training explores hormonal health, nervous system regulation and the cyclical nature of being human. While we dive deeply into female physiology, this weekend is for everyone.
For women — it offers clarity, validation and practical tools to work with the body rather than against it.
For men — it offers insight into hormonal rhythms, stress patterns and a deeper understanding of cyclical intelligence in themselves and others.
Across the weekend we explore:
• How hormones influence energy, strength and mood
• Why practice feels different week to week
• The menstrual cycle and nervous system states
• How asana, pranayama and meditation affect endocrine health
• How to live and teach from a cyclical, embodied perspective
Expect dynamic Hatha Vinyasa, Bhakti-inspired flow, yin, shaking, breathwork, mantra, meditation and integrated lectures.
Science meets sacred.
Strength meets softness.
Fire meets rest.
Open to practitioners and teachers of all genders.
Full weekend participants receive 10 training hours.
