I have learned that my body is not a project to be optimized, but an ecosystem to be respected. The Inner Seasons gave me a language for something I had always felt but couldn't put into words. I stopped trying to live in perpetual 'summer' and began to understand the value of all phases — even winter and autumn. This created a calm within me that I hadn't experienced before. Today, I collaborate with my body instead of working against it.

The training gave me a deeper understanding of how the menstrual cycle affects the body, emotions, and needs. I have started to see variation as something natural, instead of something that needs to be fixed. It has helped me let go of many of the demands I previously placed on myself — especially during periods of fatigue or needing to recover. Today, I use the cycle as support in how I plan, set boundaries, and manage my energy. It has changed the way I live — in a more sustainable and compassionate way.

– Rebecca

The program has helped me approach my cycle in a more vibrant and curious way, rather than through performance. I have gained a deeper understanding of how my body and emotions change throughout my cycle – not as a fixed pattern, but as something living. Most importantly, I have learned how to support myself through the different phases, instead of fighting against them. This has created a gentler, more trusting relationship with myself.
