The evolving practice.

A membership for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to keep evolving their practice.

Explore embodiment, nervous system-informed practice, breathwork and female physiology through monthly teachings, practices and workshops.

You've learned the foundations.

But where do you go from here?

Maybe you've completed your teacher training, taught classes, explored workshops, read the books. And yet something still feels missing.

Like the conversation around yoga hasn't fully caught up to what you're actually seeking: nervous system regulation, embodiment, breathwork, female physiology, trauma-awareness, modern methodology.

Many teachers leave their trainings inspired — but without a clear space to continue growing. So much of modern practice is scattered across podcasts, social media, short workshops and fragmented information.

The Evolving Practice was created to become that space.
A place to continue evolving your practice in a grounded, intelligent and embodied way.

About Sheila

Sheila Arnell is a yoga teacher, author and educator exploring the intersection of embodiment, nervous system work, breath and modern practice. Through her work — including the book De Inre Årstiderna — she has guided hundreds of students, teachers and practitioners toward a more breath led, curios, sustainable relationship to practice.

The Evolving Practice was created from a desire to offer the kind of ongoing space many practitioners continue searching for long after their initial training ends. Not another place for more information — but a space for integration, reflection and continued evolution.

Sheila is forever a student, always learning, sharing and deeping her own personal practice. The Evolving Practice is the plattform where new and own is shared, held and deepened. For you as a student, teacher and curious soul.

“I have so many ideas for what I want to do next. I want to deepen my connection with myself and learn to listen more closely to how my body communicates. I also want to keep teaching women’s health for women of all ages, build a local community, host in-person circles here in Hälsingland, and create a simple resource that can be an entry point to my work and 1:1 coaching.”
