We are honored to welcome internationally respected yoga teacher, author, and researcher Eddie Stern for a special three-day immersive workshop exploring yoga as an integrated practice for body, mind, and spirit. You really don't want to miss this!
This unique weekend experience combines movement, breathwork, philosophy, meditation, chanting, and ritual practice in a way that is both deeply rooted in tradition and highly accessible for modern practitioners.
Throughout the weekend, Eddie will guide participants through:

Yoga Sangraha practices
Pranayama and Kriyas
Dynamic movement and strength work
Meditation and chanting
Lectures from his forthcoming book Concentration: The Practice of Presence
The lectures will explore how yoga understands concentration—not simply as focus, but as a trainable state of presence and awareness. Drawing from both classical yogic texts and modern neuroscience, Eddie presents these teachings in a practical and approachable way.
